We have upgraded to a new, state-of-the-art Wireless Billing System

Watch the VideoOver the last year, we surveyed our wireless customers and asked how we could make the service at ACS an even better experience. One of the top answers was an easier-to-read bill. As a result, we have upgraded to a state-of-the-art billing system. This new system has allowed us to give our customers the easier-to-read bill they have been asking for.

Is my wireless phone number changing?
No, just your account number is changing. Your wireless phone number will not change.

If I accidentally use my old account number, will my payment still go to the right place?
Yes. For a while we will be able to convert your old account number to the new one in our system to assure that your payment goes to the right place. This will onlly work for a short while though, so please begin using your new account number as soon as possible.

I am on ACS auto-pay™, do I need to do anything?
No. We will make the necessary account number changes for you.

I make my payment through my bank's online bill payment.
Do I need to do anything?

Yes. You will need to change the account number you have associated with ACS as a payee in your bank's online bill payment system. This change also needs to be made if you use any online bill payment software.

As a result of this change, we have also had to assign each wireless customer a new account number. Please begin using this new account number as of March 1, 2010 when making payments on your wireless account.
